Want to add a kick to your grilling, baking or even vegan dishes?
Our all purpose coffee rub will leave you and your guest going for seconds!

We originally created this rub for grilling our steaks, burgers, pork chops and chicken, but have found it works great for vegetable kebabs or veggie burgers too!
We've also used it to bake or pan fry when grilling isn't an option so experiment with your cooking and let us know how you use it.

Here's a fun little treat to cool off with on those warm spring and summer days.
Keep these easy to make Coffee Ice Pops in the fridge and pop one out anytime you need a cold caffeine fix!

What you'll need:

1) You're favorite Expedition Roasters coffee or coffees to make a variety.
2) Coffee additives like milk, cream or sugars.
3) Ice Pop molds. We found this ice pop tray at the local dollar store but any style will do.

Creamers, Milk, Sugars and other coffee additives. Although there are a good number of people who take their coffee "black" or with nothing added the majority of people add something to their daily caffeine ritual. We won't be discussing which is better to use for health or dietary issues but rather what does it do to your drink.

We're pleased to announce that our specialty Themed Coffees can now be found at the Howard Johnson Anaheim Hotel & Water Playground!

Our coffees can be purchased in their Main Street Market shop located within building one of the hotel.
Conveniently located directly across the street from the Disneyland Resort, the hotel has been recently upgraded with a great mid-century modern feel, but with many of today's amenities like Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services. Plus the hotel features a great water playground for the kids.

Everyone has been going crazy for cold brewed coffee in the past couple of years. And we don't blame them! It's a great tasting alternative to iced coffee on a hot summer day.

Now you might be saying, wait...what's the difference between an iced coffee and a cold brew coffee? We're here to tell you and show you how to make cold brew at home.

A trip to either Walt Disney World or Disneyland is a magical experience in itself. Now you can add even more magic to your trip!
You can have our Disney inspired specialty "Themed Coffees" waiting for your at your resort (or good neighbor hotel in California) with FREE accessories!

We here at Expedition Roasters use a lot of blends for our Themed Coffees, but what is a coffee blend?

Coffees are broken down into two main categories: blends and single origin. With the advents of popular large coffee chains selling "premium" coffees that almost always came from a single origin or farming region we became "brain washed" that this was the only form a good cup of coffee could come from. They were touted as superior since the variables of climate, coffee growth and roasting could be limited more and therefore provide a more consistent and "better" cup of coffee. And maybe this is why single origins have become synonymous with excellence.

We'll show you how to make this icy concoction in quick easy steps!

If you start with a quality coffee like ours you can achieve good iced coffee results as easily as brewing a hot cup of coffee.
If using a single serve brewer with our reusable k-cup pods, fill a glass/cup with 3/4 ice, place under the machine and brew as normal. The coffee will cool quickly over the ice as it brews. Add you choice of creamer and sugars and top off with more ice. Pop in a straw and enjoy!

Researchers in Spain have concluded that higher coffee consumption is associated with a lower risk of death, suggesting that four cups of coffee per day can be part of a healthy diet, especially among people age 45 and above.

Their study, presented yesterday at the European Society of Cardiology Congress, involved nearly 20,000 participants, focusing on middle-age people from Spain over a period averaging 10 years. Research showed that participants who consumed at least four cups per day had a 64 percent lower risk of all-cause mortality than those who never or almost never drank coffee. Additionally, there was a 22 percent reduction in all-cause mortality for participants who drank an additional two cups per day within the 10 year period.
